Our Refund Policy:

At Manawan Group of Companies, we are committed to delivering transparent and ethical recruitment services. Our refund policy ensures fair treatment for all clients and candidates. Please read the following terms carefully:

  • Application & Processing Fees:
All application or initial processing fees paid to Manawan Group of Companies are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of payment.
  • Visa or Employment Rejection:

If a visa or employment application is rejected due to reasons beyond the applicant’s control (e.g., employer cancellation or visa rejection by authorities), a partial refund may be applicable after deducting administrative and government charges.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of rejection.

  • Candidate Withdrawal:

If the candidate voluntarily withdraws from the recruitment process or declines the offer after application processing has begun, no refund will be issued.

  • Fraudulent Documents:

In cases where false, incomplete, or misleading information or documents are submitted, Manawan Group of Companies reserves the right to terminate the application process. No refund will be provided in such cases.

  • Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. All refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
