- Service Scope:
– We assist candidates in finding suitable employment opportunities abroad.
– We provide verified job offers from legally registered employers.
– We guide and support candidates through documentation, visa processes, and pre-departure formalities.
- Candidate Responsibilities:
– All information and documents provided by the candidate must be true, accurate, and complete.
– Candidates must comply with the immigration, labor, and employment laws of the destination country.
– It is the candidate’s responsibility to attend interviews, training sessions, and fulfill any pre-deployment requirements.
- Service Fees:
– Service charges (if applicable) will be clearly explained before any process begins.
– All payments (if any) must be made through official channels against an issued receipt.
– No hidden charges.
– Payment of fees does not guarantee immediate placement; it is subject to employer selection and immigration approvals.
- Refund Policy:
– In case of visa rejection or job cancellation from the employer’s side without fault of the candidate, partial refunds may be processed as per the company’s refund policy.
– No refund will be provided for false documentation, candidate withdrawal, or visa rejection due to candidate issues.
- Employment Terms:
– Employment contracts will be signed between the candidate and the employer.
– Terms such as salary, benefits, working hours, and other conditions will be clearly mentioned in the employment contract.
– Manawan Group acts only as a facilitator and is not a party to the employment contract.
- Disclaimer:
– We do not guarantee job placement for every applicant.
– We are not responsible for any changes made by employers post-deployment.
– We are not liable for any personal disputes, misconduct, or legal issues arising after the employment contract begins.
- Data Privacy:
– All personal information shared with Manawan Group will be treated confidentially and used strictly for recruitment purposes only.
- Governing Law:
– These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
